Sanitary block SS1 with 2 new toilets and 2 new hand basins

Our portable toilet blocks address the urgent need for sanitary facilities on construction sites, in warehouses, restaurants, campsites, and public spaces. They are designed for entities requiring rapid deployment of sanitary solutions on their premises: municipalities, businesses, and associations. The modular toilet block ensures quick installation at a very competitive price compared to traditional construction methods.

The SS1 sanitary unit has two doors, each providing access to a toilet cubicle with a washbasin, equipped with opening windows. This module rests on four 16 cm high feet.

The delivery time for this module, which is in stock, is guaranteed within three weeks from the order date. This module is not customizable, but it is also available in a toilet and shower configuration (SD1 sanitary unit).

Our standard range represents our basic finish: standard structure and insulation. For enhanced thermal and acoustic insulation, we offer our “Reinforced” or “Isoplus” ranges as options, with longer delivery times.

All our sanitary installations are assembled in France.

### Description of the new standard sanitary block SS1

The SS1 sanitary block is constructed with a galvanized steel frame and light grey lacquered RAL 9002.

The roof profile is made of galvanized steel, lacquered in light grey RAL 9002, with a thickness of 1.5 mm and a height of 154 mm, featuring 4 lifting points for handling by crane.

The base profiles are made of galvanized steel, also lacquered in light grey RAL 9002, with a thickness of 1.5 mm and a height of 80 mm, supported by four 16 cm feet.

The roof is made of rigid 30mm thick polyurethane foam sandwich panels, conforming to Euroclass Cs3d0. The roofing is made of corrugated galvanized steel, designed for efficient rainwater drainage at the rear.

The walls and partitions are made of 40 mm thick rigid polyurethane foam sandwich panels (light grey RAL 9002), also meeting Euroclass Cs3d0 standards.

The floor is made of 18 mm thick particleboard, moisture-resistant and covered with PVC for added durability and easy maintenance.

The windows and doors are made of white lacquered aluminium RAL 9010. The SS1 sanitary unit has two solid doors measuring 78 x 210 cm (passage width of 64 cm), each equipped with two 58 x 58 cm opening windows with single moulded glazing.

### Connectable sanitary equipment

Each WC unit includes an English-style ceramic toilet with a PVC cistern and toilet paper holder, as well as a 36cm PVC washbasin with tap and mirror.

The water supply (A) and drainage (E) are integrated into the wall panels.

### 220V Electrical Installation

The SS1 sanitary unit includes two switches, two LED ceiling lights, an electrical panel with differential and circuit breakers (up to 6 KW) and an external junction box.
