Construction :

• Supporting frame:  Cold-bent profiles of 3, 4, and 5 mm, galvanized sheet metal of 0.5 mm.
• Roof:  Externally 0.5 mm smooth galvanized sheet with a 2% slope. Insulated with 100 mm of compressed mineral wool.
• Ceiling:  15 mm OSB panel, finished with plasterboard or white PVC panels.
• Interior Walls:  Double-sided galvanized T6 trapezoidal sheet with a coloured protective layer, 100 mm pressed façade wool insulation, finished in Rigibs or PVC panels.
• Partitions:  Construction in impregnated wood, 12 mm OSB panel for soundproofing, finished in wool or PVC panels.
• Floor:  Maximum load capacity of 200 kg/m², 0.5 mm galvanized sheet, 100 mm pressed facade wool insulation, 22 mm OSB interior panel, PVC floor covering with wood structure.

Doors and Windows:

• Exterior Door:  2100 mm x 2100 mm
• Interior door:  900 mm x 2100 mm
• Windows (PVC frames – double glazing):  1170 mm x 1430 mm

• Main Distribution Box:  Main distribution box RG for each circuit individually, with fuse.

Water and Wastewater Connection:

• Complete Installation:  Installed in the walls, 110 mm drain, PE32 water supply with shut-off valve. Pipes entirely made of PVC and welded.
