NEW SANITARY BLOCK S1 WITH TOILET AND WASHBASIN

The  S1 standard series sanitary block  is a sanitary module which has a toilet with hand basin.

Our portable toilet units meet the needs for sanitary facilities on construction sites, in warehouses, restaurants, campsites, and public spaces. They are suitable for all types of organizations that need to quickly install sanitary facilities on their premises: local authorities, businesses, and associations. The modular toilet unit allows for rapid deployment of sanitary facilities at a very competitive price compared  to traditional construction methods.

Our S1 sanitary unit is a modular unit featuring a  toilet with a hand basin and a partially opening window on the door. It is equipped with four 16cm feet on the base.

The delivery time is a maximum of 3 weeks from the order date  for this module, as it is kept in stock.

This module is not modifiable, but it also exists in a configuration with two toilets: SS1 sanitary block, or with one toilet and one shower: SD1 sanitary block.

Our standard series corresponds to our first level of finish: standard structure and standard insulation.

If needed, this module can be manufactured in our “Reinforced” or “Isoplus” series. In this case, the thermal and acoustic insulation will be more effective, but the delivery time will be longer.

Our sanitary ware is assembled in France.

Description of the new S1 sanitary block

The S1 sanitary block consists of a galvanized steel frame lacquered in light grey RAL 9002.

The roof profile is made of galvanized steel, light grey lacquered RAL 9002,  1.5 mm thick – 154 mm high,  with 4 lifting points for crane transport.

The base profiles are made of galvanized steel lacquered in light grey RAL 9002,  1.5 mm thick – 80 mm high , with  4 feet of 16 cm on the base .

The roof is made of rigid polyurethane foam sandwich panels,  30 mm thick , Euroclass Cs3d0. The roof covering is made of corrugated galvanized steel, with rainwater drainage at the rear.

The walls are made of rigid polyurethane foam sandwich panels,  40 mm thick  (light grey color RAL 9002), Euroclass Cs3d0.

The floor is made of 18mm thick water-resistant chipboard, covered with a PVC coating.

White lacquered aluminum joinery (RAL 9010)

The S1 sanitary unit is equipped with a door measuring 78 x 220 cm (64 cm passage) with a skylight measuring 58 x 58 cm, single molded glazing.

Connectable sanitary equipment

This S1 sanitary unit has a ceramic English-style toilet, equipped with a PVC cistern and a toilet paper holder, as well as a 36 cm PVC hand basin, with tap and mirror.

The water inlet is in the wall (A) and the drains are under the floor, connected into a single outlet (E).

220V electrical installation

The S1 sanitary unit includes a switch, an LED ceiling light, an electrical panel including differential switch and circuit breakers (6 KW maximum) and an external connection box.
