The  standard SDU series sanitary unit  includes a hot/cold water washbasin with mirror, a urinal, a toilet, and a shower. It features a reinforced wood-cement floor and a reinforced base with forklift pockets for handling with a forklift.

New Standard SDU Sanitary Block

Our portable toilet units meet the needs for installing restrooms on construction sites, in warehouses, restaurants, and public spaces .  They are suitable for all types of organizations that need to quickly set up restrooms on their premises: local authorities, businesses, and associations. The modular toilet unit allows for rapid deployment of restrooms at a very competitive price compared to traditional construction methods.

Our SDU sanitary block includes a first space with washbasin and urinal, leading to a WC area and a Shower area, both with partially opening skylights.

It is equipped with light detectors, a reinforced wood-cement floor and a reinforced base with integrated forklift pockets for handling with a forklift.

The delivery time is a maximum of 3 weeks from the order date  for this module, as it is kept in stock.

This module is not modifiable, but also exists in a configuration with two toilets  :  SSU sanitary block.

Our standard series corresponds to our first level of finish: standard structure and standard insulation.

If needed, this module can be manufactured in our “Reinforced” or “Isoplus” series. In this case, the thermal and acoustic insulation will be more effective, but the delivery time will be longer.

Description of the new SDU sanitary block

The SDU sanitary block consists of a galvanized steel frame lacquered in Anthracite grey RAL 7016.

The roof profile is made of anthracite grey lacquered galvanized steel RAL 7016,  1.5 mm thick – 154 mm high,  with 4 slinging points for crane handling.

The base profiles are made of galvanized steel lacquered in anthracite grey RAL 7016,  2 mm thick – 160 mm high , with  forklift pockets  (90cm center distance) for movement with a forklift equipped with 250cm forks.

The roof is made of rigid polyurethane foam sandwich panels,  30 mm thick , Euroclass Cs3d0. The roof covering is made of corrugated galvanized steel, with rainwater drainage on the sides.

The walls are made of rigid polyurethane foam sandwich panels,  40 mm thick  (light grey color RAL 9002), Euroclass Cs3d0.

The floor is made of wood-cement,  16 mm thick,  covered with a PVC coating.

The SDU sanitary facility is equipped with a semi-glazed door measuring 84 x 220 cm (70 cm passage) with bars, and single molded glazing.

The WC area is equipped with a solid interior door measuring 78 x 210 cm (64 cm passage) and a skylight measuring 58 x 58 cm, single molded glazing, 4 mm thick.

The shower area is equipped with a solid interior door measuring 78 x 190 cm (64 cm passage) and a skylight measuring 58 x 58 cm, single molded glazing, 4 mm thick.

Connectable sanitary equipment

The entrance area includes a 55cm ceramic washbasin with hot/cold tap and mirror, as well as a ceramic urinal with push button and PVC privacy screen.

The WC area has a ceramic English-style toilet, equipped with a PVC cistern and a toilet paper holder.

The shower area includes a ceramic shower measuring 90 x 70 cm with shower head, mixer tap, soap dish and PVC curtain.

The water inlet is in the wall (A) and the drains are connected to 2 outlets in the wall (E).

220V electrical installation

The SDU sanitary unit is equipped in the main room with a presence detector, an LED ceiling light, a 1000 watt convector heater, an electrical panel including differential inter-circuit breakers (6 KW maximum) and an external connection box.

The WC area includes a presence detector, a 7.5 watt LED ceiling light and a 50 litre water heater.

There is no electrical installation in the shower area; light is provided by the space above the shower door and the skylight.
